On Friday we left Phnom Penh (the city we've been staying in) for Sihanoukville, which is a beautiful beach town. While driving our instructor, Rick, was telling us how excited he was to stop for our bathroom break because we'd be stopping at a place that had hot chocolate. What? Hot chocolate? In Cambodia? He looked at me like I was the crazy one. "Jaclyn," he reasoned, "it's winter. what do you do in winter? drink hot chocolate, just like back home." Yeah, except winter here is still 85 degrees farenheit. Not quite like the winters back home. Anyway, I compromised and got an "iced chocolate" which was delicious. Watch out Starbucks, you've got some competition.
